Team Member~Rebecca Goshorn
My name is Rebecca and I am a junior nursing student at IWU. I am from Ossian, IN which is just south of Fort Wayne. I currently work at Christian Care Retirement Community in Bluffton, IN as a CNA. I have one older sister, who is married and also graduated from IWU in 2009 with a Christian Education Major. She currently lives in Fort Knox, KY but will be moving with her husband to an Army Base in Hawaii. My family is very close to me and love spending time with my cousins, sister, parents, and aunts and uncles. My friends are also an important part of my life and without their support I would not be spiritually prepared for this trip.
I have never been on a mission trip, though I have had experience traveling when I went to Europe for two weeks. I cannot wait to use my nursing skills to care for people in Honduras. It is going to be a very exciting experience to see what God has in store for our team and the people we interact with. I am so blessed to be with such an amazing group of people for this trip and cannot wait to grow with every member.
Team Member - Taylar Camacho
My name is Taylar Camacho and I was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. Along with everyone on the team I am currently a junior nursing major at Indiana Wesleyan University. I have not been on any missions trips in the past, but I am so excited to see what God has in store for my trip to Honduras. I love spending time with my mom, who is also one of my best friends, as well as with my dad, sister, and our dog Daisy :) My friends are extremely important to me and I love getting to spend time with them. I really enjoy working with kids, laughing, playing all kinds of sports, and spending as much time as I can outside. Being able to go to Honduras this May is definitely an answer to prayer, and I can't wait to see how God will use me to minister to the people there! God has worked in my life in huge ways this past year, and I am so excited to see how He will stretch and grow me in my faith even more during this trip!
Team Member-Jenna Van Kampen
My name is Jenna. My hometown is Mokena, IL which is south of Chicago. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, being around children, and being outside. Like Heather, this is also my first experiencing using my nursing skills in the field. I am excited to use what I have learned so far in school and look forward to spending time in Honduras. I have taken a few short term mission trips in the States and spent a week in Guatemala in 2009. I enjoy learning about a new culture and building relationships with the people there. Serving the people of Honduras and being able to bring them medical care will be a blessing in my life. I am ready to see the ways God will use this team, and to see the things he will teach each of us.

My name is Heather. I am a junior nursing student at IWU. This will be my first opportunity to bring my nursing experience to the mission field. I am also getting a minor in Spanish and hope to find that very useful on our trip in Honduras.
I am from Washington, IL. I am getting married in August! I love running, reading, scrap booking, and spending time with friends and family. I have gone on multiple mission trips in the US and spent 16 days in Argentina 2 years ago. I always find that I meet God in new and exciting ways on these trips and appreciate the time of renewal and strengthening it provides in my spiritual life. I am also looking forward to the friendships that grow on these trips. I am excited to see the opportunities for ministry God provides for us in Honduras and I know that I will be blessed so much by this trip!

"It is always a blessing and encouragement to be a part of college-age students lives as they bring passion and enthusiasm to a team. My prayer is that as we embark on this experience of applying nursing practice to another culture, God will impress on our hearts, a desire to impact His world in meeting areas of needs in each life we meet."
